十件最佳作品将会制作成200厘米X60厘米悬挂于伊萨卡市展示一个夏季，获奖作者7月将被邀请参加开幕式，组委会提供免费住宿。
要求:
每位参赛者最多可以提交2件招贴作品，作品尺寸应在40X12cm，并装裱在5mm厚度的纸板上，作者需要在每件作品表格中注明：姓名、年龄、地址、 电话和电子邮件，并需要版权授权签字：本作品为本人原创，现授权给Fimios-Cultural Events文化节发表，展览等（请使用英文书写““This piece is my original work of which I give the rights to Fimios-Cultural Events of the Municipality of Ithaca””）
提交作品时请附带数据CD（推荐，不是必须项）：高40cm，宽12cm，分辨率360dpi，tif文件格式。随同实物作品一同寄往组委会。
所有参赛作品不退还，如有其他变更不另行通知，获奖作者将使用邮件通知。
